Lavender Lodge is a delightful, single-storey holiday home resting in Saltburn-by-the-Sea sleeping two people in one bedroom.  Set across one floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a shower room, open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, as well as a utility cupboard housing a freezer and washing machine. The kitchen contains an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge. For entertainment, guests are provided with two TVs and WiFi. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed balcony with furniture. The central heating is powered by Calor Gas and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please ensure pets are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 1.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. Lavender Lodge makes a wonderful escape for a couple looking to getaway from it all.

Sorry, no smoking. 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Beach 1.2 miles. Note: Due to the peacocks and wildlife, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and children are supervised. Note: A second dog can potentially be agreed if confirmed with Sykes and the Owner first - Please call the office before booking if you require a second dog. Note: Rushpool Hall is a private residence and not open to the public. Note: The owner only accepts a minimum of a 3-night stay. Note: There are steps leading up to the property, please take care. Electric vehicles must not be charged up via the Lodge sockets, there is a charging station located less than 1/2 mile away. Please note: As of 14-09-2022 we will no longer be able to accept a Sunday check in day, any booking that is booked after this date that checks in on a Sunday will be subject to cancellation. Please note: This property does not allow for any booking to be made 72 hours prior to arrival

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
