A detached lodge resting on the outskirts of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, it can sleep up to two people in one bedroom. Foxglove Lodge is a detached lodge resting on the outskirts of Saltburn-By-The-Sea. It houses one double bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen area, breakfast dining and a sitting area. There is also a separate dining room and an external utility. To the outside, you will find an off-road parking space and a private patio area with furniture. Foxglove Lodge is a delightful base for exploring North Yorkshire further. Note: The owner only accepts a minimum of a 3 night stay. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Parking for 1 vehicle only. Private gated patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Note: Due to the peacocks and wildlife, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and children are supervised. Please note a second dog can potentially be agreed if confirmed with Sykes and the Owner first. Please call the office before booking if you require a second dog. Please note , Rushpool Hall is a private residence and not open to the public. Please Note - The owner only accepts a minimum of a 3 night stay. Electric vehicles must not be charged up via the Lodge sockets, there is a charging station located less than 1/2 mile away. Please note: As of 14-09-2022 we will no longer be able to accept a Sunday check in day, any booking that is booked after this date that checks in on a Sunday will be subject to cancellation. Please note: This property does not allow for any booking to be made 72 hours prior to arrival

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
