Victoria Cottage is a mid terraced Victorian cottage that sleeps four and has three bedrooms in the small town Marske-by-the-Sea, near to Saltburn. Victoria Cottage is a traditional, mid terraced Victorian cottage situated in the bustling town of Marske-by-the-Sea. Having been totally refurbished, Victoria Cottage retains some delightful period features such as the cast iron fireplace in the living room. Victoria Cottage sleeps four and has three bedrooms - one double and two singles and also has a fitted galley-style kitchen with dining room, cosy living room and a bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. Victoria Cottage conveniently has off road parking for two cars and a small, enclosed yard and a shed for bike storage. Just a ten minute walk away are the shops and pubs within the town of Marske-by-the-Sea. Victoria Cottage is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions nearby and exploring the area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £10/week.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Wifi, radio. Note: Wifi is intermittent in this area. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Small, enclosed yard, shed for bike storage. One well-behaved dog welcome at £10 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
