Harrington Cottage in Marske-By-The-Sea sleeps four in two bedrooms. Harrington Cottage consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting areas which have an electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and dining seating. The bedrooms include a super-king-size and a twin which are both serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC plus a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property with seating area and village parking and electric car charging point available close to the cottage. Three well-behaved pet welcome,there is a £15 supplement for a 3rd pet. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Harrington Cottage promises a wonderful stay for you and your loves ones. Note: The Coffee Machine has now been replaced with a pod machine, and the owner will supply a few pods to start.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
