This detached cottage rests near Malton and can sleep 16 people in six bedrooms. Sykes Lodge is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Malton. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two super-king-size bed with en-suite, a super-king-size and three twins, together sleeping up to 16 people. In addition to the en-suites there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a library. Outside, there is secure off-road parking for six cars and unlimited parking adjacent to the property, and a garden with seating, a BBQ, a Jacuzzi Spa and access to parkland. Sykes Lodge is a superb base for a memorable holiday to this part of Yorkshire. Please be considerate of noise levels during your stay. Owner lives on site, will meet and greet guests on arrival and will remain on-call for the duration of your stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
