This inviting ground-floor lodge is situated in Cloughton, Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The Sequoia is a fabulous single storey lodge set in the village of Cloughton, four miles from the seaside resort of Scarborough. With two bedrooms; a king-size double and twin, the lodge can sleep four guests. The interior also includes an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area, along with a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a decked veranda with seating to the front and a lawned astro-turf with seating and a private hot tub to the other side. The The Sequoia is a well-equipped ground floor lodge resting in the sleepy village of Cloughton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Moors National Park. Between October through to March this property can only be booked Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday excluding the Christmas and New Year week (where any dates can be booked).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
