Cow Byre is an all ground floor, stone, semi-detached cottage set close to the village of Lingdale, only four miles from the Spa town of Saltburn-by-the Sea on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. This cottage is a former farm building and is disabled-friendly offering two bedrooms consisting of one double and one single, as well as a wet room with shower, meaning four people can stay in comfortable surroundings. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking and a patio and lawned area to rear with furniture. Cow Byre is a delightful holiday home in a lovely area, close to many places of interest.

Ample off road parking. Patio and lawned area to rear with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dogs are not to be left unattended in property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. North York Moors 10 mins walk. Note: When outside, dogs should be attended at all times. This property can also be booked along side The Granary Cottage (7402) and The Calf house (7404) to accommodate group bookings of up to 15 people. Note: Car charging is available on request, charges will apply. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
