This detached lodge is in the village of Brandesburton near to Hornsea and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Kingfisher Lodge is a lovely detached lodge situated close to the village of Brandesburton just six and a half miles from Hornsea in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The lodge can sleep four people in one super king-size double which can be zip/link to a twin on request and a king-size double with en-suite shower as well as family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Kingfisher Lodge is a delightful lodge and a great base from which to explore this wonderful county. Please Note: the minimum stay in this property is 3 nights

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Balcony on three sides of lodge. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, the garden is totally secure and very dog friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The owners have a pond which is not available to guests and separated from this property by a fence. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: The property can be accessed by a ramp and wheelchair-friendly patio doors, may be suitable for wheelchairs and for those with limited mobility. Note: Please bring own towels for the hottub. Please Note: the minimum stay in this property is 3 nights. Please note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £150.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
