The property sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The rest of the accommodation comprises a sitting room with dining area, a kitchen and a cloakroom. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a small private patio with furniture and barbecue. There's also shared use of the park's facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and tennis court. With so much going on in the area, Spindrift is a superb holiday accommodation, all year round.

Shop, pub, cafe/pizzeria and pharmacy 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Communal leisure facilities on-site, inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna, steam room, gym, tennis and table tennis. Note: Optional charge for other facilities on-site inc. scuba diving lessons, fishing and bike hire etc. Note: Due to the lakes on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
