Jean's Place rests in East Heslerton and sleeps four in two bedrooms.  The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC, and a twin, along with a main shower room. Outside there is a side garden with lawn, decking, furniture, and a hot tub, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed. No smoking within the property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles, along with the use of on-site facilities at The Snooty Fox holiday park. Jean's Place is well-positioned for a family escape to North Yorkshire. Please note: There are steps up to the lodge.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
