There is a stylish, king-size bedroom with a smart en-suite shower room with shower, WC and hand wash basin. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor with full size 3' single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin. First Floor   A wonderful central staircase leads to the first floor which has three magnificent arched windows with spectacular views. This floor is open plan, light and airy, with stunning views across the valley and comprises a seating area with comfortable seating and TV/DVD. e dining area is a lovely spot to enjoy meals together including pews for seating which were found and restored from the chapel. A fabulous, well-equipped kitchen with granite work surfaces also has a breakfast bar with stools; the appliances include an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined washing machine/dryer, fridge and separate freezer. Outside Outside there is a pretty courtyard with seating area - take a moment, sit back and look out over the valley, seeing the steam train as it passes through with its plume of white; whatever time of the year the view is beautiful - meadows, moorlands and woods, green and luscious in the summer and golden in the autumn. An idyllic spot.

The access to the property from the car park is via 9 Steps onto the patio. On entering the property there are 4 steps to the bedroom level and then a staircase of 14 steps to the living area. We would consider this property inappropriate for most people with limited mobility.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
