This semi-detached cottage is near Reeth in the Yorkshire Dales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Hobson's Cottage is a stone-built cottage just outside of Reeth in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It comes with two bedrooms includine one double bedroom and one adult bunks, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. The interior also has an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside, there is off road parking 50 yards from the cottage and a raised patio area with garden furniture. Hobson's Cottage is in a wonderful area and is perfect for families or couples. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note: For Christmas bookings, the latest check in to be offered is 22/12/24, For New Years bookings, please note the latest booking date is 28/12/24 or 29/12.24, and the next possible check in date is 04/01/25.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
