The Piggery is a rustic, single-storey barn conversion resting in East Morton, West Yorkshire and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  The living areas in the property have underfloor heating and consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a sitting area with Smart TV, woodburning stove and sofa bed, and a dining area with seating for six people, as well as a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is a king-size with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed, front gravelled garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Piggery offers two guests a romantic, rural escape in a characterful setting. Please note that the property is located on the owner’s farm. There is a gravelled path and stone steps leading up to the property,approx. 300 metres please take care.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
