This two bedroom house is able to sleep up to four people and is located close to the village of Helmsley. This traditional, stone-built, cottage is a semi-detached property that adjoins the owner's house on a working livestock farm near Old Byland. Just seven miles from the market town of Helmsley, this cottage is set in a peaceful location within the National Park, and offers far reaching views across the North York Moors. With its open plan living area, the property is composed of two bedrooms - one double and one twin - a fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with electric fire. The structure itself retains a great deal of charm and period features include ancient low ceiling beams and pine doors. In addition to the indoor space there is a large, lawned garden outside, as well as off-road parking. This property accepts short breaks from a Friday-Monday, Monday-Friday period only and any week long bookings must begin and end on a Friday.

Central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (inc Smart TV in living area) radio/CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot/fold up bed available on request (only room for one of them). Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 4 miles, shop 7 miles. Please note: The property has recently been fully refurbished.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
