The cottage has a double bedroom, a twin room, adult bunks and a family bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with an outside seating area and roadside parking outside the front of the house. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the cost, along with a highchair and travel cot. Within 5.4 miles theres a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. The Green is ideal for families any time of the year. Note: Kitchen has a Rayburn which is not in use. Please note: Window bars are available for the children's room on request. Please take care when using the stairs, they are slightly uneven. This property does not accept check out's on Saturday and Sunday. The property only accepts 7 nights bookings over Christmas, New Year and Easter.

The property only accepts 7 nights bookings over Christmas, New Year and Easter. This property has a £25 pet fee. This property has a £250 good house keeping bond.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
