Appliances consist of a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and TV. Outside there is a rear, multi-level patio with furniture and summerhouse, and permit parking. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, to be kept downstairs, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Head to the North Yorkshire countryside at 98 Westgate. Note: There are steps to the exterior, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Steep steps up to the second floor. Note: Single-side access to the first-floor king-size bed. Note: Step up into the kitchen/diner, please take care. Please note: there are foxgloves in the garden which can be harmful to pets and humans if ingested. Please take care while enjoying the garden. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
