Garthgate Holiday Lodge in Malton, North Yorkshire sleeps two in one bedroom.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Garthgate Holiday Lodge is a lovely escape for couples in North Yorkshire. Pets are not allowed on any furniture even with blankets. Please note Garthgate is an adult only property and no children/infants

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
