Please note: this property requires a minimum of a 3 night stay. The Farm House in Aldbrough St. John, Yorkshire sleeps five in then bedrooms. The Farm House consists of a kitchen with an AGA, double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, two wine chillers and a coffee machine, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with woodburning stove and dining seating, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, a conservatory with a piano and a games room. The bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite, a king-size (zip/link), two doubles and a bunk along with a separate bathroom and two cloakrooms each with a basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area and hot tub plus off-road parking for up to ten cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop in 1.8 miles and a pub in 1.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There is an on-site gym located in a separate building. No stag, hen or similar parties.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
