The Garden Apartment rests in Aislaby, sleeping four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there is a rear shared garden with lawn, gravel, furniture and pond with grate, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Although the garden pond is grated, please ensure children are supervised at all times. We ask the guests respect each other’s privacy regarding the very large garden. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
