The Beach House in Prestatyn, Denbighshire, sleeps fifteen in seven bedrooms.  The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, and a conservatory, with appliances including a gas Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and for entertainment, a Smart TV, PlayStation, a selection of games, a pool table, and an ice hockey table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, balcony and en-suite, two further king-size with TV, one of which has an en-suite, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, two twins, and a ground-floor triple room with en-suite, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with patio, Astroturf, fire pit and furniture, and a gated driveway for six cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a stairgate is available. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles and the beach in 0.1 miles. The Beach House is a fabulous base for exploring Denbighshire. Note: fifty-pound fee per dog, payable to the owner. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
