The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with balcony, twin, and single with balciny. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed courtyard area and a large communal rear lawned garden with a stone-paved patio area adjacent to the rear living room doors. Car parking is available in RNLI Car Park, payable on-site. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub and beach 0.1 miles. WiFI, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. 3 Moranedd is a wonderful escape to Anglesey, whatever time of year. Note: Set over three floors.

Note: Set over three floors, the staircase in the cottage is steep, with gaps in between the balustrades which may make it unsuitable for very young children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
