13 Harlech Court, in Prestatyn, Flintshire sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. 13 Harlech Court is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms all have TVs and DVD players and consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom, a twin with 2'beds and a twin with a 3’ bed and 2’6” bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, Nerf training camp, adventure golf, climbing wall, aerial adventure, segways and bungee trampolining (passes can be purchased at the Haven desk) and off-road parking for two cars. There is a shop and pub on-site and within 0.5 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price but guests need to make the beds themselves. A travel cot is also available. Experience all of this and more at 13 Harlech Court. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
