The Warren U5 is a detached lodge situated on the Warren Holiday Park near Abersoch and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  Single storey. Three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower, a twin and a 2ft 6 twin. Serving the bedrooms is a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open-plan and comprised of a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. The heating is gas and the kitchen houses an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment there are 4 TVs, a DVD player, Blue Ray player and WiFi. Fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. The on-site facilities include a gym, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms, tennis courts, squash courts, badminton courts, the Sandbar Beach Restaurant and the Warren Spa (at an extra cost). Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
