6 Ty'n Don is a delightful duplex apartment resting in Llanengan near Abersoch, Gwynedd sleeping six people in three bedrooms.  Set across two floors and hosting thee bedrooms including a double with en-suite basin, a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor open-plan living space with electric stove. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Outside there is communal parking for two cars and a communal front and rear garden with furniture. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in rental price, along with power. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted. There is a shop within 1.7 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles and a beach within 0.4 miles. Note: Guests are to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, alternatively if you would like a bedding/towel service, please call Mrs Colette Bland on 07745 399902 (This is an independent service supplied by a third party but recognised and verified by Abersoch Quality Homes). Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
