4 Ty'n Don is a lovely duplex apartment resting in Abersoch, Gwynedd sleeping four people in two bedrooms.  Hosting two bedrooms, including a double with basin and a twin with basin, along with a shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with stove. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. For entertainment there is a TV, selection of games and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking in a communal car park. The heating is powered by electric storage heaters and is included in the rental price. Apologies but no pets are allowed at the property. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop 1.7 miles, a pub 0.7 miles and a beach 0.4 miles away. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
