Note: The apartment is far larger than most 2 bedroom apartments (and some 3 bedroom houses) at 101 m2/1087ft2, so there is an overall feeling of space. It is one of two supersized apartments in the building. As it is on the second and third floors, you have elevated views from all windows and the balcony. Access is via two flights of stairs to the apartment's front door. The building has just 6 apartments so there is no elevator. The front door opens to a lobby and then into a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with a large bay window and sea views front and back. The top floor contains a master bedroom with en suite and balcony, a second bedroom, and a bathroom. This floor is within the roof space, so it has some sloping walls as seen in the photos. As this is a duplex apartment, there is one flight of stairs within the apartment between the floors.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
