Cherry Pod rests in Hookagate, sleeping two in one bedroom. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with two-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dining table for two, and a sitting area with sofa bed and TV. There is a double bed and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed paddock with furniture, fire pit, decking and barbecue, as well as off-road parking approx. 100 yards away. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: The property is accessed via a rough track up a field, not suitable for cars and can become slippery in Winter, please take care. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
