Congl Cae is a large, detached house resting in Llangwnnadl near Aberdaron, Gwynedd and can sleep 10 guests in five bedrooms.  The living areas in the main house consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen featuring double electric ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area with seating for 10, a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, along with a shower room/utility offering a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a a king-size with a smart TV and en-suite shower room, a kign-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size and a bunk, along with a family bathroom. The annexe hosts a games room with a Smart TV, Xbox and pool table, along with a mezzanine double bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn with furniture, side patio with barbecue and furniture, a side terrace with furniture and a hot tub, and private parking for five cars with boat parking. Within 5.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.7 miles, a pub, and within 2 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stove, books, games and hairdryers are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome here, however there is an additional charge per pet of £50 per week. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
