This single-storey consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, another king-size and a zip/link twin, along with bathroom. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with furniture, bike storage and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub and within 1.1 miles, a beach. Sea Breeze Cottage is a stylish getaway for both families and friends. Note: Property accepts 3 night minimum stay only.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
