Mill Cottage is a wonderful 18th-century cottage resting in Tan Y Bwlch, North Wales and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, a dining room with seating for four people and a sitting room with a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawned terrace and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop and within 1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This cottage is on a main road so please bear in mind there may be some associated noise when booking. Mill Cottage is unable to accept children under the age of seven years old, due to an un-fenced pond and its close proximity to a main road. Due to the property's age, the ceilings are low, please take care. You can request secure bike storage. Please ensure you vacate the property before 10:30am. Mill Cottage is a fabulous dwelling for a getaway to North Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
