Railway Cottage, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, sleeps three people in two bedrooms. Railway Cottage, a terraced home consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as a working fire and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size room and a single room, serviced by a bathroom with a bath and shower overhead and a highchair and stairgate can be made available upon request. Outside, there is a designated parking place for one car, as well as a private non-enclosed garden with lawn, gravel, table and chairs and a shed. Bed linen, towels, electric, gas central heating, wifi, fuel and power are all included. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You’ll find the closest shop and pub in 0.4 miles. Railway Cottage is an ideal base for couples or small families seeking to explore the surroundings of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), as well as having close links to the coast. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: There is a step to reach the kitchen, as well as steps into the garden, please take care. Note: Please mind your head going up and down the stairs. Note: The garden is separate to the main house, located at the end of the row of the three terrace houses. Note: There is no cot provided. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
