Note this property can only accept bookings with a Friday or Monday arrival. Tŷ Caeredin is a traditional, detached cottage resting in the centre of Penrhyn Bay in North Wales. The property has three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a ground-floor twin, sleeping six, served by a shower room and a ground-floor shower room. The property also comprises a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with gas fire, while outside there is an enclosed patio and lawn garden, along with driveway parking for up to three cars. Tŷ Caeredin is well placed for discovering some of North Wales' most popular attractions, including Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea.

Note: Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms or upstairs; a dog guard is provided for use at the bottom of the stairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.1 miles, pub 0.5 miles. Beach 0.5 miles. Note: The drive wider at the bottom and is on a slope (handbrake advised), large car at the bottom smaller at the top. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: This property can accept booking on Friday only from April to September and on a Monday or Friday from October to March.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
