Normandy in Nefyn, Gwynedd can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  The kitchen/diner houses an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting room with open fire, a games console, a selection of games and colouring books, and TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside there is a front lawn with furniture, an enclosed rear lawn, and a private driveway. Within 0.6 mile or less there is a shop, beach and pub. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Normandy is a delightful escape, whatever time of year. Note: The property is wheelchair-friendly, and a ramp can be requested for greater accessibility. Note: Guests can also contact the owner to arrange the hire of a powered mobility scooter, wheel chair, and if required a trailer for their vehicle for greater accessibility. Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Please note: for Christmas and New year, the owner can only accept Friday check ins. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
