Fron Olau in Mynydd Nefyn, Gwynedd, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and woodburning stove, an external utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, along with two shower rooms. Outside there is a front multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a wood-fired hot tub, and ample off-road parking around the corner. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1.2 miles and the beach in 1.5 miles. Fron Olau is a delightful abode, perfect for exploring Gwynedd as a family. Note: The property is accessed via a rough track. Note: There is a pond in the garden; please supervise children at all times. Note: There are steps to the interior and exterior of the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
