It has three bedrooms: one ground floor twin, one first floor super king-size (zip/link) and one first floor king-size double. There is a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom. Downstairs ha an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Stabl is the ultimate location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Electric central heating, underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, DVD player and super-fast WiFi Up to 900mbps. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (please bring own bedding) and highchair available. Lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 5 miles. Note: A car is recommended due to the rural location. Note: The property is located on a working farm. Note: No Stag/Hen parties or similar. Note: Check-in is 6pm and check-out is 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
