Machroes Cottage is a lovely detached bungalow resting in Bwlchtocyn near Abersoch, Gwynedd and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The property is all-ground-floor with three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, another king-size and a twin. The bathroom hosts a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. An open-plan living space contains a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and multi-fuel stove, alongside a utility and sunroom. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters with a mutli-fuel stove, and amenities includes an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD Player, WiFi and selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove are included. A highchair and travel cot is available on request. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars. With ample outdoor space, the bungalow has a front lawn, an enclosed, elevated side decking with furniture, and a multi-level rear garden with patio, lawn, barbecue and furniture. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. The nearest shop is 2 miles away, the pub 1.8 miles, and the beach 0.3 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
