The Coach House in Llangollen sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  This first-floor apartment has three bedrooms including one king-size, one double and a twin along with a bathroom. There’s also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an open fire and a balcony with furniture. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and outside there is ample private off-road parking and a garden with a lawn and picnic bench. Sorry, pets and smoking are not allowed. You can find a shop in 2.1 miles, and a pub in 1.4 miles, and please note, some associated traffic noise may be heard due to the property location. The Coach House is a lovely dwelling for a break in North Wales. Note: There are three steps down from the kitchen into the living room.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
