This semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Llangernyw near to Eglwysbach and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Glan Y Gors Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated close to the village of Llangernyw just five miles from Conwy in North Wales. The cottage can sleep four people and has one ground floor twin bedroom with zip/link beds which can be joined to make a king-size, one super king-size double room with en-suite shower and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, conservatory with dining area and separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars (no electric car charging facilities) and a private patio with furniture. Glan Y Gors Cottage is a delightful cottage from which to explore this fabulous part of the country. Please note ground floor King size bed can now be made into twins, please contact the owner/Sykes as to the requirements you would like.

Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. No electric car charging facilities. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: This property has a locked adjoining door to the owner's house. Note: Mobile signal may be limited. Note: First floor bedroom accessed by narrow spiral staircase and may not be suitable for the less mobile. In addition there is a ground floor family bathroom which has a combined bath and shower. Note: Private pond in grounds no access to guests, children must be supervised. The garden is enclosed so dogs can wander freely but please note dogs must be kept on a lead in all other areas due to livestock. Please note, ground floor King size bed can now be made into twins, please contact the owner/Sykes as to the requirements you would like.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
