This lovey barn conversion is situated on the edge of a village, near Abersoch and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. The Shippons is a delightful single-storey barn conversion, in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Llanengan, 1 mile from Abersoch. This cottage sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms, consisting of a double with en-suite wet room, a double, a twin and a family room with a king-size double, single day bed and a pull-out single guest bed, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove and a separate sitting room with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of lawned gardens. The Shippons is a superb North Wales base.

LPG central heating with woodburning stove and open fire, and underfloor heating in en-suite. Electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for woodburning stove and open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, please bring own towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front patio with furniture, plus shared use of lawned gardens. One well-behaved dog welcome, please bring own dog bed, blankets and towels. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and beach 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: This owner requires a Good Housekeeping bond of £200. Note: Check in time is 7pm and check out time is 9am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
