End of terrace cottage located in the Llanberis. Off road parking, bicycle storage and a short walk to all amenities. Electric fire, TV and music system. This spacious end of terrace holiday cottage, located within the popular village of Llanberis, has been renovated with functionality and comfort in mind. Cosy carpets and comfy furnishings make it perfect for resting those tired limbs after a day of adventures in the National Park. The kitchen has all you need to make a self catering break easy, including a large Range cooker, fridge freezer and microwave.The washing machine is located in the external utility room. The large dining area has been decorated to make a feature of the original built in range, although it’s not for use! A cosy sitting room is located at the front of the cottage with comfortable sofas, an electric fire, TV and music system.There’s another sitting room at the back of the cottage with a sofa and a small dining table. On the first floor are three bedrooms; a double room, a single room with 2'6'' mattress and another bedroom with zip and link beds made up as twins as standard but can be a king size by prior request. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a shower over the bath, loo and hand basin. At the back of the cottage there is a paved garden with seating and the external utility room and storage space for bicycles and area to hang soggy coats and boots. There is off road parking for one car. "Step inside this delightful house. Climb a mountain, explore the quarries, peruse the shops, visit the castle, tour Electric Mountain, learn to paddle board or brave a swim in the lake, there is so much on offer within Llanberis, you could just park up and forget about your car for the week, however, if you wanted to wander further afield, you could visit some of the stunning beaches and coastlines of Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
