Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage on a working farm is close to the beach at Llanbedrog. Stable 2 is a semi-detached cottage on a working livestock farm, in the village of Llanbedrog on the Lleyn Peninsula. There are a double and twin room on the first floor, along with a family bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, as well as off road parking for two cars, there is a private patio, shared gardens and shared use of a play area with swings. With the beach a ten minute walk, and the delights of the Lleyn Peninsula all around, Stable 2 is a cosy Welsh property.

Oil-fired Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD/radio, board games/books/DVDs/videos, WiFi (accessed from owner). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio area with furniture, shared gardens, shared use of enlosed play area with swings and football nets. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 7 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
