Plas Newydd in Rhoshirwaun, Gwynedd, sleeps thirteen in seven bedrooms.  Plas Newydd is a large, detached property with two wings. Appliances include an oil-fired AGA cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs and DVD players. The main house consists of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom, a double, a twin, a bunk and a single, served by a bathroom and shower room, whilst there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The annex has a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom, whilst there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside is an enclosed garden with barbecue, furniture and outdoor swimming pool, along with off-road parking. Within 3.3 miles there is a shop and pub, 2.5 miles a beach and pleae note, three pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Plas Newydd is a wonderful retreat to this part of Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
