Sandmartins is a lovely traditional cottage for a large family to enjoy in Higher Kinnerton. Note: This property only takes a minimum of 3 night bookings.

Highchair and travel cot. Off-road parking for one, can be two on request. Garden with lawn, covered pond, clothes airer, and picnic bench. Well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: The garden is not enclosed, dogs should be supervised at all times. Note: The property is next to the owners farmhouse with a shared driveway. Note: The fish pond in the garden is covered with a grate. Note: The owners live next door so please be mindful of noise in the garden at night Note: This property can comfortably fit 5 adults and a baby in a cot, there is not space for 6 adults. Please contact owner if having additional guests to visit. Note: This property only takes a minimum of 3 night bookings.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
