It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double and a twin, together sleeping up to four people, both serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with woodburning stove, a dining room and a kitchen. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a rear patio with furniture. Bwthyn Pennant is a delightful base for exploring this part of North Wales with your loved ones. Note: the property only accepts a minimum breaks of 3 nights

Rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.8 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property there is no mobile signal, however the internet network will support WiFi calling. Note: Home deliveries are available with Tesco. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: There are 2 internal steps down to kitchen. Note: Arrival is 4pm. Note: Property can be booked with Ref 1007874 and 1007868, together they can sleep 10 guests. Note: the property only accepts a minimum breaks of 3 nights. Please note: The starter pack for the stove is only left in winter months. Please note: There is an EV charging point for this property, please make payment directly to the owner.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
