This ground-floor converted barn rests in Llangollen, Wales and can sleep four people in one bedroom and a sofa bed. Two well behaved dogs welcome The Oaks is a stunning property set within the grounds of the owner's home, yet secluded and private, in Llangollen. Set all on the ground floor, there is a king-size bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas stove-effect fire, and a sofa bed, altogether sleeping up to four guests. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, and a private garden with seating and a hot tub. The Oaks is a wonderful escape for a couple or group of friends to Llangollen. Note: Property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Private garden with seating and hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Shop within 0.4 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. Note: Children must be supervised when around the hot tub at all times. Note: Drying/storage room is big enough to store bikes, kayaks, and has hooks to hang clothes to dry. Note: This property rests next door to the owner's home on the owner's grounds, however it has its own separate entrance, parking area and enclosed patio. Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150. Note: Property is not suitable for children under the age of 5

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
