The Boathouse in Porthmadog, Caernarfonshire sleeps ten guests in four bedrooms. The Boathouse is set over three floors and consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for ten guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, a first-floor utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a first-floor games room with Smart TV and table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite access to Jack-and-Jill shower room, a second-floor king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) with en-suite shower room and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside there is a private patio with furniture, and ample off-road parking is available. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 1.3 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Boathouse is a splendid escape for friends and families alike in North Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
