Teulu in Llangollen, Denbighshire sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Teulu is set over four floors and consists of a lower-ground-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a second-floor double and a second-floor twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and furniture, and parking is available in the nearby car park, with a permit provided. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, pub and the River Dee and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Teulu is a fantastic base for your next getaway in Denbighshire. Note: The staircases are quite steep, please use the handrails provided, stairgate available on request.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
