Sea front apartment with glorious sea views in Criccieth, Llyn Peninsula. less than 5 minute walk to the castle, cafes, shops, beach. Wifi, TV and Bluray DVD player. Supermarkets approx 7 miles. We are so pleased that The Penthouse at Vista Marina is with us. This fantastic top floor apartment is on the seafront in Criccieth, only a two-minute walk from the shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, and quite literally just a hop, skip and jump to the water's edge as the apartment overlooks the beach! The well equipped kitchen has electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a little dishwasher.There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your mornings and a dining table for four sits perfectly in the bay window.The sitting room has a comfortable sofa, chair and lounger. The open plan living is a lovely way to keep the chef entertained whilst they cook up a storm.There is a wall hung TV and DVD player. There are two large double bedrooms. The master has a super king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower, loo and stone bowl sink. The second bedroom has a double bed.The main bathroom has a copper roll-top bath, glass wash hand basin and loo.There is a real sense of luxury like bathing in a London 5* hotel! There is a first come parking system in courtyard with plenty of free on street parking along the beachfront. "Oh a Penthouse, and what a Penthouse view it has! A really snazzy apartment - it's like having the best room, in the best hotel, with the best view!" Criccieth is becoming a firm favourite among our discerning visitors - once you have been, you will return time after time. There is something for everyone right on the doorstep - an imposing castle, interesting little shops, restaurants and bars, Cadwaladers' ice cream, and a fish and chip shop reputed to be the best for miles around. The stairs up to The Penthouse on the third floor of these seafront apartments are definitely worth the effort! Step through the door onto a landing with steps either side. Go right and up four steps, and you will instantly know you have chosen a fantastic property. Stylish and modern, it has contemporary furnishings and the most wonderful sea views!

Shop, pub and restauraunt 0.2 miles. NOTE This property only accepts children 12 years or older. NOTE The property is a top floor apartment meaning access is by several flights of stairs. Small communal area available to side of property to enjoy cup of tea or glass of wine.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
