The open-plan living room acts as the hub of the home, where you can all gather together to cater a delicious meal or group around the gas fire to keep toasty as you catch up on your favourite TV shows. As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to catch your rest in either the double bedroom or the twin bedroom, each offering a bright colour palette and plush furnishings. To the outside, there is a spacious garden area, where a spot of alfresco dining can be enjoyed whilst your canine companion stretches their legs. A short stroll will bring you to a whole host of amenities, including a shop for picking up the essentials and pubs for dining out. For days out, be sure to head down to the beach and soak up the sun, or try your hand at one of the watersports on offer. For those feeling more adventurous, venture to the National Park and explore one of the many walking routes or brush up on the local history by visiting Harlech Castle and Caernarfon Castle. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
