The cottage is in a very rural location but not too far from the village of Llangernyw, located in the beautiful Elwy Valley close to where the River Cledwen joins the River Elwy. "This house has an eclectic mix of furniture and decorative bits and bobs set in the heart of the Welsh Countryside; a perfect location to unwind and enjoy walking in Snowdonia." From here, it is only 10 miles to the sandy beaches at Conwy Morfa and Llandudno, and 10 miles to the Snowdonia National Park. Llangernyw has an antiques shop, a village shop with a post office, and two pubs. There are some local attractions in the area, but the village is most renowned for the 4500 to 5000-year-old yew tree in the grounds of St Digain's Church in the centre of the village. Here you are able to touch one of the three oldest living things on the planet! The yew tree took root sometime in the Bronze Age and is still a thriving and healthy tree today. The interior of Llo Bach is an eclectic mix of carefully chosen furniture and unique decorative items. Of particular note is the magnificent tapestry and the formal Afghan outfit hanging on a wall. This is an open and sociable house, situated in beautiful scenery with lovely walks in the surrounding areas. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
